amazingly, throughout four years of studio, we've always been placed in the same studio. all the way from daskalov, denison, esquivel, chi, hsieh, and now kelleher. with the end of the year approaching much faster than i had ever expected, many of my studio mates will be dispersed all around the country, at different universities and firms. strangely enough, i do feel a strong sense of attachment and safety in the company of my studio mates, late nights for projects, dinners at yao's chinese bistro, spending sprees at utrecht and blicks art stores at the end of the quarter, and those random trips to the emergency room from exacto blade accidents.
time is passing much faster than i intended.
